All game rules are published at tlwdeathpool.com. The official date of death for any subject is determined solely by XYZ Group LLC based on credible major news sources. All disputes are resolved by XYZ Group LLC and the house decision is final and binding.
XYZ Group LLC retains 10% of every pool as a house rake before winner payout. Expired card stakes are forfeited to the house. These terms may change when real-money operation commences.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XYZ Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
XYZ Group LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
